By using Agape Spot you agree to these terms. Agape Spot is a platform that allows authors to sell digital books and readers to purchase digital books with instant access. No physical products are shipped.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information.
Authors warrant they own or have the rights to distribute the content they upload. We may remove content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
Prices are set by the creator and shown at checkout in the listed currency. Payments are processed by our payment partners.
Agape Spot provides a marketplace where independent creators can offer digital products, including ebooks, music, audio, video, courses, and other digital resources.
Digital products are generally delivered or made accessible immediately after a successful purchase.
Because digital products cannot normally be returned once access has been provided, purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or made available to the customer.
However, we understand that problems can happen. A refund may be considered when:
Refund requests should be submitted through Agape Spot or through the support method provided with the purchase. Creators should process approved refunds through Agape Spot's refund system rather than issuing refunds independently through their payment account.
When a full refund is issued, access to the applicable digital product may be revoked. Partial refunds may not result in removal of access.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Agape Spot may update its refund procedures as the platform and its services develop.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
